What Does this lab Test Result Mean?

Hello, I just got my lab results back from LabCorp and it shows my ALT levels of 67 and AST levels of 58. Is this way too high? The following are the other results for liver: -GGT 63 -Total Protein 7.2 -Albumin 4.6 -Globulin 2.6 -Alkaline Phosphatase 43 -Total Bilirubin 1.2 Everything else for Heart/arteries, Kidney and Bladder, Pancreas, and Thyroid came back fine. Thank you for your help

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
Incomplete data: Age, gender, purpose of doing the liver function tests, any symptoms or alcohol intake??
The liver enzymes (ALT, AST & GGT) are raised. It is suggestive of liver injury due to gall bladder or liver diseases like fatty liver, hepatitis, certain drugs or alcohol intake. If you do not have any symptoms there's nothing to worry, you need to have certain life style modifications to restore the levels of the enzymes like:
1. Avoid alcohol and smoking (if you are doing so).
2. Avoid fatty meals, fast and junk foods, red meat, etc.
3. Eat home cooked foods, increase the intake of fruits, vegetables and water.
4. Do regular exercise and try to lose the body weight if you are obese.
If you have any abdominal symptoms like pain, fever, vomiting, loss of appetite or jaundice consult a physician for further evaluation which may include an abdominal ultrasound scan.
Hope this will help.
